
We are delighted to meet those who are interested in renting one of the apartments at 500 Coolidge. Finding the right apartment can be a daunting process, so we hope this offers a little guidance.
- Schedule a showing. Please use the contact form to schedule a time to see the property. We encourage you to do a test-drive around the area prior to the appointment so that you understand the location and arrive on time. Note: Due to the pandemic, we advise a virtual tour, or a masked tour with the property owners scheduled while the current tenant is not at home for maximum safety. Please indicate your preference on the contact form.
- Fill out a tenant information form and an application. We want to know more about you and your needs to best support the housing process. For the application, you will need to provide contact information, residence history, employment information, and references. After making contact, we’ll send you an application.
- We will process the application. We will need up to one week (often shorter) to process the materials you have provided. A non-refundable application fee of $40 will be required for processing, which will include a credit and background check, verification of employment and contacting references. Please note: at this point in time, a video meeting (Zoom) is required for application acceptance.
- Sign the lease. We will send you a complete lease agreement to sign.
- Finalization. With a signed lease, we will meet with you on the property to do an initial walk-through of the property and collect the first month’s payment and deposit.
